    It’s day 4 without smoking. I am expecting the worst of the withdrawal symptoms to be over. I just need to find stuff to keep my hands busy.

    Building a new RC plane helps..  it’s piddly stuff.

    And I have to keep the prize in sight…  a ATV!

    It’s the strangest thing quitting smoking….   Usually by mornings I make it all the way to work before I even feel like smoking at all..   This morning I woke up knowing that the night before I had my last cigarette ever I was just dying for one.

    I just have to remember that all the symptoms that will come up are mostly psychosomatic ones.

    Sigh..  i just want to smoke one more….   NOT!

    That is how long this nations sane population has to wait to vote the next president elect out of the office.
    And hopefully the conservatives have gotten their act together by then and presented a viable candidate.

    From all the polls I have read so far it leans that Obama bin Biden will be this nations new elected leader. This is a major setback for all who would aspire to have less federal goverment involvment in our daily lives. There will me "change" as promised, but what kind?

    Barack has yet to tell us that on the day of elections. Be prepeared for the hammer to fall early next year, higher taxes, economic downturn, and equal misery for all. Will he manage to finally bury the American dream?
