I just got done building myself a GWS Slow Stick.

    It’s been a warm few days. The weather has really been sticky.

    I guess we as in me and my wife are trying to get into the landlord business with my brother in law as a partner.
    I think it’s a bad bad idea… but I am the only one of us who thinks so.
    All the numbers say it’s a good investment as a long-term one. The property will just increase in value and the lessors will pay all the costs with their rent.

    All I see is a big unknown when it comes to the renters who will potentially trash the place and move out without paying the rent.
    Sure we can get the court to order the tenants to pay but good luck catching them, as they are most likely poor college students.

    Oh well… we will see how it goes.

    • New camcorder again.

    I returned the JVC and got a Panasonic 3CCD PV-GS300 instead. It has tapes abut it’s broadcast quality picture.
    On the JVC the quality was so poor that my 6 year old Hi8 kicked it’s a$$.

    Hard Drive Camcorder. Meaning no more tapes to deal with!

    Me and my boss at work on saturday. Network changes had to be made off-peak hours.
    In short a exellent time to get me up at crack of dawn on a Saturday morning and drag my sorry a$$ to work.

    So what has kept me from blogging?

    Could it have been all the things we had to tend to due to Tom passing away?
    Could it have been the nice weather that has reached the high 90′s?
    Could it have been because I have been just exhausted after working?
    Or could it have been the hassle to get my passport in order so we may take a trip to Sweden?
    Or even the fact that my commute has been taking twice as long because of road construction?
    What about finally getting my commuters AC fixed so it’s not like 150 degrees in the car while breathing exhaust fumes while stuck in traffic?

    Naaaah..  just have not had time or the inclination to write anything lately and the fact that nothing really has moved me or pissed me off lately enough to bitch about it on my blog.
